This assignment continues your Learning Team assignment from Week Two. Assume the same role of a midlevel manager at the selected organization. In this management position, you supervise two to four first-level managers. The organization is about to go through a major change such as a move to new location, added technology, streamline of the workforce with more shared responsibilities, and so forth. In preparation for this change, you must create a memo to your employees to guide them in successfully managing the change with their entry-level employees.
Prepare at least a 1000-word memo. You must address the following topics below using the section headers (labels) in bold:
Section 1- Introduction (<-- this is a section header) - An introductory paragraph explaining the purpose of the paper and the upcoming sections.
Section 2- Leadership Role (<-- this is a section header) - Discuss the leadership role you expect your management team to have in implementing the change.
Section 3- Shared Vision (<-- this is a section header) - Explain the need to communicate the shared vision for the entire organization.
Section 4- 3 Communication Tools (<-- this is a section header) - Share at least three communication tools that can be used to communicate the shared vision and ensure employee understanding.

Section 6- 3 Examples of Employee Involvement (<-- this is a section header) - Describe at least three examples of how to enlist employee involvement in response to this change.
Section 7- Conclusion (<-- this is a section header) - A conclusion that summarizes what the memo was about and why it is important for the reader take make a decision and/or take action.
